Villain is absolutley unknown.

Turn bet too small? I would usually reraise this out of BB, but not against an unknown.

What do you think?

If you were to bet much more on the turn, I think you'd be practically committed.

As it is, it's not easy to fold TPTK and a flush draw when you're getting ~5:2, but you are probably beat and could be drawing dead. However, since our unknown Villain could have, say, KsQc or AsQc or JsJd or JsTc, I do think the decision is close.
