Belugas theorem says fold them both. (depending if it's TP or 1 pair). Without reads, fold, with reads, it varies

at these limits i am not sure folding is the best here. too often villain has TPTK or still worser. Set is once in 7,5 times. I think i would call here quite often.

In hand 2 its pretty likely he reraises with a flush draw which makes it slightly more a call.
