I can get 3 EPT seats - how will you rate this promo?

Ok Im able to pick up this promo, but what is it worth? I know its not $40k, but how will you rate it? Ive took away the sites name, cause I dont know if its legal to put it in here.

The promo:

Player will receive a tournament fund with $40K for 3 EPT. The player will keep 50% of his winnings in the tournaments, the other 50% will be used to fill his tournament fund, and when it’s full the rest will go to POKERSITE. If the player has used his entire tournament fund, POKERSITE has the right to end the sponsorship. The sponsor contract is initially for six months with renegotiating at the end of the period.


I have really hard in ratin the value of this.

Depends on how honest the player is. Value is more than $20k and max $40k if he is dishonest. Nothing can stop the player from taking the whole prize and only forfit what is left (if any) in the pool?

It's sort of a backing deal - the way I read it you're always getting 50% of the winnings, but you only ever have $40K of credit available to you (which is topped off with your winnings when you win).

I'd imagine the T&Cs make the tournament fund only payable to tournament organisers for entries or for package through the site or something.
