3 bet the flop to 13 and try and get it in on the flop, as played shove turn, how much of a better flop are you looking for with AK? if he has a set or KT pay the man and move on

I'm not thrilled to be playing for stacks with TPTK when we've still got 9x the pot in effective stacks on the flop, but I basically think you have to be willing to in this spot against an unknown.

Annoyingly, if Villain's entire stack actually goes in, I think you most likely lose, but I think I like pushing on that blank turn.

I think 3-betting the flop is also an option, but I also think that will amount to letting a 3-outer off easy a lot of the time. That is, I like your chances of winning when the stacks go in better if Villain bets the turn and you ambush him there. Well, on the complete blank that actually fell, in any case.
