I'd much rather bet like $9ish and fold to a raise than just c/f turn on this board.

I feel that this is a board your flop C-Bet will get played back at a lot (hands such as kj,qj,tj etc) and in order to keep the pot small and avoid a really big question on the turn i would personally prefer a check on the flop, then lead / fold the turn if villan raised....
