Hello all,

Would like to get some input from regulars (hopefully winning players) on what vpip/pfr's are effective at NL50...
currently at about 25/16 over 1200 hands. Also, how many hands at a certain level before these stats are considered your "true" numbers?

Thanks

15/10 - 35/25 ftw??? pre flop play at NL is so insignificant compared to post flop that its really hard to say. For example, I play 23/17 and have been known to spew harder than a frat boy after his first keg stand.

Oh, and in b4 lock...gogogogogogogo

Check SSNL, there are some good threads on stats. Here's two:

21/17/3 (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=ssplnlpoker&Number=106861 36&PHPSESSID=&fpart=1#Post10686136)
Teach me to be 22/16 (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=mlplnl&Number=6886841&PHP SESSID=&fpart=1#Post6886841)

Surely the best way to play is however beats the game you are playing. Can I tell you that if you manage to be 22/17/2.3 that you will beat 50NL? Of COurse not, you still actually have to play poker and know what to do. have a think about position, what hands you want to raise in each position and also what hands you want to 3 bet certain players with etc, how you are comfortable playing, get some stats from that and then go from there. Also 1200 hands? Even worth discussing? /images/graemlins/confused.gif
