i honestly had no idea what to do here...4bet would kill everything except any hand that beat me...calling seems bad given stacks but may be best...and i dont think i can fold

caller is 55/12 and not much of a threat

17/9 over how many hands? Any idea of what villian thinks of you? If you think villian views you as solid/tight and has respect for you UTG raises, then I would fold it. Is Villian a vanilla type nit that only raises big hands or is he good enough to squeeze and iso the fish here?

around 90 hands.

ive been raising a good bit in position so my stats are probably around 19/17, or 20/15. between those. havent been raising as much from early position, and i havent seen him show down many hands. the only hand we played together was that he raised on the button, i called with 55 in SB, checked down a KJ849 board and his 77 took it down. thats the only shown down hand he raised preflop

meh most 17/9's at NL$25 arent paying attention to much besides their own 2 cards from my experience. I highly doubt he's making it $5 here with 1010. I probably fold and paddle away in my weak tight canoe.
