considering this players stats i would say that you are in the green light to call...but again this is a judgment play.

this is either a raise/fold or a flat call..

Raise more on flop around $1, once he calls and minbets again I think raise turn is good but close. Usually they fold to first raise, with this kind of texture on turn it seems like he wants to draw or has some kind of Ten. Probably not a monster.

River is worst card in deck and he pots it after you raised two streets. Clear fold.

Is that seriously a 30 river aggression factor, or is the 30 river aggression frequency (I'm not so familiar with that stat, but I know it exists).

In any case, against someone this LAGgy, I probably pay off even though the river card completely sucks. And if that's really a 30 river AF, I wouldn't even think twice.

Uh. 30 AF... if that's possible, means he's bluffing the river basically always there. I dunno. I make it a call, but it's close.

If it's 30% bet river, it means that he's basically never bluffing river. Before I found the leak, my river bet % was 29 over like 500K hands, and it basically meant that I was never ever betting the river without a made hand I thought was ahead. So yeah. Call.
