SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks

Turn: ($3.25) 7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $1.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4.00</font>, MP folds, <font color="red">SB raises all-in to $9.56</font>, Hero????

Easy call right?

Just wrapping my nut around Fimbulwinter's article on calling an all-in bet... taking a while to marinade.

I call here, calling ~$5.50 into a pot of ~$18 thats better than 3:1 on your money.
As long as your good here 25% then its a good call.

The SB looks horrible, I can imagine him having any ace that connects to the board (AT,A8,A7), 2 pair (T8,87), flushdraws(AdKd), a straight(J9) or a set (77). Against this range you are 50-50, so I definitely call.

folding here is a spew. Never ever ever is this a fold, anywhere in any game.

Anyways. Link to the article?
