At the time the hand happened villian was 14/9 over 25 hands.

He had eitehr 99 or Q10 IMO prob, was push spewy? I think calling was bad.

99 is likely for him to have, but so is AK (wondering why he didn't 3bet preflop). I don't really know why Q 10 raises here (semibluff), but I think the shove is fine. Remember, only 3 hands beat you, of which only 99 really possible given pf play
