Was he bluffing on a missed draw?
Should I have raised the turn?

use your position to advantage, turn bet seems weak for villain, I reraise here about 1/2 potn on turn. As played, I would fold here too. Any reads?

I would have raised to $5 on the flop. As played, I would have folded also on the all-in river bet. He might be bluffing, but at these limits I think it would be unusual, especially since he had to lead out on the river.
