Villain is 24/22/1,5 39 hands

If he bets on turn I probably fold,because only I can beat here is TT, but his checks screams overcards to me.

Shove here is ok?

Why? you are way ahead of AK, AQ, TT and way behind QQ+

You are way better off checking and letting him bluff at a missed river.

1.5 over 39 hands might just mean he's been missing the last few flops. I wouldn't conclude anything from it at this point.

...and if you did conclude QQ+ was far less likely, you should bet a very small amount to induce a bluff or a bad call, not push.
