HERO's having all sorts of fun three betting light raiser/ppl who raise/fold. Should I just call here for pair+fd or better?

you are getting just over 2:1 on your call. These type of hands need position to be played profitablly, and you will have to bet about 1/3 of your stack on the flop if you want to lead here, vs what could well be push by villian on the flo.

I do not 3-bet out of the blinds light precisely because I do not want to play big pots with marginal hands OOP. That said I think you need to balance your play by defending sometimes, so make the 3-bet but then fold to his 4-bet. It looks strong.
