I was completely out of whack with this hand right from the flop.

I am readless but if he has a mid PP then he has a set or at least OE

Thoughts on how to play this one?

You played the flop and turn the wrong way around. I'd be c-betting that flop all day long and then shutting down with that turn. As played, easy fold on the river.

This is a good spot to c-bet about $4.50 on.
