I did English Harbour Casino via Boogster. They offered a 8000 boogster points (valued at $80) for a $80 deposit at English harbour casino. You had to follow the terms and conditions to do this, and needed to either bust out or meet the wagering requirements.

Now that many players have done the offer, English Harbour decided to not pay Boogster in the middle of Boogster running the promotion, and Boogster thus has not paid/delayed their payments to their customers. Players who thought they would get their $80 back from Boogster have not been paid. This issue has been unresolved for over two weeks.

Boogster claims that the rep at the EH casino is "on holiday". I hope they understand that rogue-listed casino's holidays are always at times when the casino is supposed to pay. EH has also claimed that there has been "player fraud", and thus won't pay. They should realize that if they offer promotions that are risk-free there are of course gonna be people who want to deposit the minimum.

I knew English Harbour had a bad reputation and rogue-listed, but I contacted Boogster prior I made the deposit and they assured that those were old issues and there was no reason that I would not be paid. I and a lot of other players feel fooled.

Boogster has left their customers so far on their own in this issue. Over two weeks is an excessive delay for a "risk-free" promotion. Boogster has a solid reputation, and they should continue to treat their customers great. Boogster is responsible for the partners they choose and customers should except to be paid if they have followed the terms and conditions. This issue is also discussed on the Boogster forums, but for two weeks yet no results.

Wow. Why would you deposit money in a rogue/blacklisted casino? Are you surprised that affiliates are NOT getting paid from a site that doesn't pay its players?

made a deposit during special boogster promotion (8000 points=80$ just for signup=50$; no requirements). i've got my points credited in couple of days without any playing. i'll try with playing now and see if i can get anything out of there. good investment anyway. /images/graemlins/cool.gif

I did the same promo, got paid by english harbour and boogster. Also didn't see them on the rouge list at CM.

It did take longer than usual to get paid by boogster, but I was paid in about a week. English Harbour paid faster than expected, less than a week for free check. I also deposited the minimum of $80 to do the promo.

They are rogued or warned about at CM because they got caught cheating on a double up feature on video poker. AFAIK they refunded all the money, not that it makes it right.

it has happened quite often with poker deals for me that affiliate managers have been out/on holiday/lazy, always got paid in the end. usually the affiliate site scrap the deal for new players during the long wait

Brendan: Prior I did the promo Boogster confirmed the players that there were not going to be any problems, that's the reason why I did the promo. My idea was to gamble it up, and if EH paid me even 10th of the time I would make a gain. The first players got paid by Boogster/EH, so that was another key to gain my trust. This is an old trick BTW, and many rogue/nopay casinos have paid the first couple of customers and then left others in trouble.

What PA says is correct, here's also another link direct to the CM's rogue gallery: http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/blunders/english_harbour.php

Over two weeks of no pay from Boogster, anyone care to wager if a month gets by before I see my $$$?

Over 3 Weeks of Boogster's no pay.

Just as a warning: even if Boogster advertises of a site and promises to pay you, it actually doesn't mean that. You will take all the risks and Boogster will have none. Boogster will get the first affiliate payments and make some profit, but will leave majoriy of the players on their own.
