Just kinda came to me while reading a thread in OOT. Is there any truth the ideas that having a nickel in your mouth will prevent you from blowing a high blood alcohol level? How about chewing salty peanuts, as the salt dries out your mouth?....any scientific reasoning here for these or any other tricks to work?

No. the breathalyzer analyzes what is exhaled from your lungs. Putting something in your moth won't block that.

If you accidentally swallow the nickel you may block your respiratory sistem and die so you won't be able to keep on drinking.
