4 folds, SB calls, Hero raises to $1</font>, SB calls.

Flop: :7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif :j /images/graemlins/heart.gif :2 /images/graemlins/heart.gif ($2, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.5, SB raises to $3, Hero???

Obviously I'm raising, but I have no idea what the right amount is.

If he had a flopped flush I would think he is trying to build a pot - not min CR OOP.

I prob 3b to around $10 and try to get it on a non-heart turn.

He will prob check to you on the turn. You can check behind if a heart falls and reval.
