I dont think you have mmuch fold equity at all. Fold the turn.

I would prefer you check behind and try and hit one of your outs.

but i just hate being c/red with good draws and check behind with them a lot

Also floating oop is much rarer and generally a bad play, so he probably has a real hand.

Check behind on the turn.

Give yourself a free card on the turn and re-evaluate river. No point in firing into the pot with air when you're only going to get called/raised by a better hand, in which case you'll have to fold, as even a hand like 32o is ahead of your ace high.
