against a 22/18 I usually 4bet here...but I'm a 24/21.

I hate giving this sorta advice, but I would push. He has a big stack, and could easily be using his image(table captain), position, and confidence to try and take control of a whole bunch of hands.

It depends on CO's stats whether he would call or not but I would lay it down most times. I would not want to make this call between two players.

with so many hands you should know what to do in this type of spot.

what's his aggression pf? Also, villain is only calling QQ+, but likely 3betting wider given how often he pf raises. Def like a push pf given you're OOP and villain's pf raise%

If this guy 3bets or squeezes very often, I'm just shoving here.
