Ok, this is one of those hands that I have absolutely no idea what to do.
I think I just sat down at the table not too long before this hand. I don't have much read on him, although I believe he was about 20/15 after a few hands. That's it.
I called the flop raise to reevaluate the turn. I push the turn because if he had a set, 2 pairs, I still have a few outs. I'd get value if he was on a straight draw or AQ, AJ type hands. That's my thinking when I made the decision. What do you think?

First, I think your flop bet needs to be a PSB since your 3/4ish bet is offering 4 to 1 and this flop is likely to have hit a lot of hands. Since villain is SB he could be playing any number of suited trashy hands or 2 paint, so you want to bet against his most likely range. This way you're not offering pot odds to FD and SDs and you're still getting called by most TP hands.

The flop call is fine, but the turn push is terrible.
The SD and a lot of 2p hands got there, and the only hands that call and are behind have at least 9 outs, but more probably 14.

I think turn is a fold, but maybe I'm giving SB way too much credit.

I'd pot the flop and 3bet when raised. He can be raising with a lot of hands you're beating like T9, KT, KQ, Axs, etc. When the T hits on the turn many of those hands just drew out on you but you also hit an open-ender... Meh, I'd probably call and fold river UI but that doesn't feel right either.

Would your typical NL25 villain check-raise with these hands? I really want to know the answer to this.

3-banging the flop is good on this kind of board, I usually will just call a CR with overs but if there's a flop to 3-bet this is the one.

Turn push is not terrible at all, I'm sticking it in here as well. That turn really didn't do much other than give QT two pair (maybe 98ss), it looks a lot scrarier than it is.

I'd put the villain on pocket 44's or QJ after having seen the turn. That being said, my read after the flop would be AQ or KQ and I'd be re-raising. Even at NL50 you see people playing top pair like the nuts.

As you move up, this hand is a definite fold on the turn, but at this level, its debateable as too whether a TP hand is doing this to you.
