I fold here. The likely hood of a twopair/set hand is strong as well as a higher flush draw possibility that could be a combo draw. You may only have 6 outs instead of 14 or so.

Fold, no FE and your equity isnt good enough.

I fold.

You don't know if its going to be 2 handed or 3 handed. You don't know if your flush outs are good.

Best case scenario, you have 32.5% equity.

I think sets are a huge part or COs range considering the action and the stats.

That reduces your equity to 28%.

If you knew for sure UTG was going to call and didn't have a flush draw, calling would be reasonable.

Being in the middle, I think you have to fold.

Easy fold. You are getting better thasn 2:1 but have no hand. I would have folded preflop against unknown UTG raiser.
