UTG is 34/20/3 over 812 hands
Button is 46/10/1.5 over 40 hands
Just sat down at the table so no solid reads. UTG hands are mostly datamined so nothing on him either.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker (http://www.legopoker.com) Hand History Converter (http://www.legopoker.com/hh))

Hero (SB): $27.25
BB: $25.55
UTG: $49.00
CO: $20.15
BTN: $27.75

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif 7/images/graemlins/club.gif (5 Players)
UTG raises to $0.85, CO folds, BTN calls $0.85, Hero calls $0.75, BB folds

Flop: ($2.80) 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 Players)
Hero ???, UTG checks, BTN bets $1.75, Hero ???

I have no idea what to do here.
Should I lead flop? These guys are pretty loose BUT I do have FE and about 10 outs and most likely the best hand at the moment. But I think only 4 of those outs are clean.

If I check, what do I do with the bet from the button?

i'd avoid this whole situation by betting out on the flop. no one's going to raise you w/o some type of strong draw or made hand.

Hmmm. I'm actually rethingking the way I'd play this. You have a strong draw - no need to let the diamonds and 3-card straight draw scare you off yet (nice to have a timing tell on the UTG check though - autocheck would make decision much easier). Anyway, the problem you have is that barring your opponents being absolute showdown muppets (WTSD%'s would be good to see), you have very little in the way of implied odds. (Any 3,8 or 7 should scare most opponents away.) So you need to get your money in now to maximise the value of your draw and FE. I reckon pot-size CR should do the trick here plus another say $9 on the turn if he calls again.
