Should this full-house be folded, or is a river call ok? Should the turn be re-raised after villains cautious bet?

I would mostly 3bet PF depending on the table.

Definitely bet flop, this is exactly why we love position, both villains checked and you could easily take the pot down right here.

After that I'm really not sure, its a pretty marginal call either way on the river. I just think the hand would have played out a lot differently if you would have bet flop.

I would raise turn to get more information. If he calls/re-raises, you're almost always drawing dead.

that min-rr is scary, so i like the cautious line.
played fine up until the river, which I think should be a fold

You are getting terrible odds on the river, and Villain frequently shows up with a king here, a better pocket pair (99, JJ-QQ), or, given his line, even a badly played six (hard to put that in his range without reads though). I think this is a bad spot to call.

As stated, you have to put a bet in on either the flop or turn so you don't get into a spot where you're calling with a marginal hand, especially against an overbet.
