Standard. You always have the option to check flop or turn to induce bluffs and keep villian's range wide. But on this board texture I think I'd rather just bet out.

I don't think his range is wide. What does someone who raises 6%, raise from UTG? KK+,AK? In that case you are splitting at best.

The question is, whether this guy is positionally aware.

looks standard to me. QQ/JJ/KQ maybe even KJ and AQ/AJ could be in his range ... they always overplay hands like overcard + gutshot at my tables so I fully agree with op here.
