I call cause people are stupid and make stupid bluffs often enough. Even if he's hardly ever bluffing may as well call for info cause it's so damn cheap.

What he said. The info alone might make this worth a call. However, strictly speaking I donīt think he is bluffing here, I think you see a hand like 77 almost always.
