I dont mind it if you have no idea what his range is after he called those 2 bets. If you think you are beat, and it is possible that you could be raised on the river, then checking controls the pot in your favor, because you are lost.
I probably would have played it the same.
What did you think he had after he called the turn?

I like a fold or raise preflop..

I don't like fighting for small pots so i probably try to check this down - there's no chance of stacking villain on this hand since you shouldn't be willing to get all in here so really what's the point..

As played you have to call the river since you virtually forced him to bet with your check.. Checking the river is only OK if you plan on calling a bet from villain imo - and this is probably a better play than leading, because if he raises you, you are probably beat but you'd be hard pressed to fold.

i like it. i think you'll see a busted Ax or one pair hand a lot. well, i don't like preflop, but whatever. the same situation could come up with a more legit hand too.

you played post-flop perfectly in my opinion.
i might value bet the river against some villains, but check/call seems pretty good here

Value bet river also.

Pre-flop's not good IMO though. Raise or fold in that spot....here I would fold.

i probably fold preflop. i call river. he could be bluffing, or he could also have picked up a pair of K's and think he's betting them for value.
