I doubt he got a Flush here, he wouldnt raise that much on the flop.

shove turn. i have a hard time believing this flat called your big 3bet on a FD. this is likely a set or overpair, two pair etc. you have a ton invested in this hand already. i think you beat his range enough at this point to make shoving profitable.
