Villan is unknown at this point. Hud hadn't even loaded stats on him yet. Bet size on the turn is a tad small I think, but what is the c/r range of an unknown here? Did the weak turn bet induce a bluff? Should I be folding top 2 here to unknowns?

Sure looks like villain has a seven.
In fact I find it hard to think of any other hand he might play like this.

Maybe he floats the flop with AQ/AJ and thinks he hit the nuts, who knows. But in my experience this will be a seven a lot. If people want to bluff paired flops, they do so on the flop.

I dont play 10nl though, so maybe someone who does could chime in.

He calls your flop bet with 0 draw on it.

He CR you on a turn that is very likely to have hit you, and the turn makes any AX = AQ to boot.

It sucks to have to fold these, but you'll save a lot of money this way.
