difficult spot. honestly i don't think you really beat much here, especially since he raised 4x over an utg limper. preflop i'd give him TT+, AK (unless he raises limpers with all pp's), which means you're pretty much toast.

If we fold I'd be concerned about villain holding 44-99 and betting us off the best hand.

Is UTG+1 the MP you have given stats for? If so running at 70/8 he's probably not raising these hands preflop. We also have UTG to worry about as well. I think I fold but to be honest against this donkey pushing isn't that terrible either.

I would like bigger 3bet...I would make it 5ish.

I dont think you have enough equity to continue here. I would expect to see jj/qq alot from this guy given your read.

raise more pre, I'd make it like $6 or $7. I find a fold on the flop, if you were heads up with donkboy I could see a shove, but 1010 is to marginal for me to felt here. Keep in mind your on the ass end of a flip against crap like QJss or KQss
