Hand 1 I raise flop. Lots of draws out there. If he 3bets big I'll let it go.

Hand 2 is ugh... I'm tempted just to get it all-in on the flop but it really looks like this could be a set, especially with those stats. Does he really call w/79s after you raise from SB? To tell you the truth, I'd have a hard time getting away from hand 2 on the turn if I called flop...
