Ok, PF when Im UTG I prefer making it 4BB, so I would raise to 0.08.
Flop, you have a very big hand, and its not the best flop texture, so definetely raise, cut down a little more his range and get an idea of where you might be standing.
Turn, betting was ok, and you have to call. River, due to his AF, this can very easily be a bluff, so its kind of close, but I probably would end laying it down.
Your mistake was not raising that flop, thats where the hand got messed up.

I'd also raise the flop: For value, information and hand protection.
