Do I felt this or just call? Should I have raise turn? My thought are is that an 8 is in his range but he could easily be doing this with heaps of Q as well.

Also I'm working on my pokerstoving, is this a decent range to assign to villain:
JJ-55, AQs, A8s, KQs, K8s, Q7s+, J8s, T8s, 98s, 87s, AQo, A8o, KQo, K8o, Q7o+, J8o, T8o, 98o, 87o
