Topic locked - no idea why?

Hi all

I posted a topic about some advice given in Phil Gordon LGB and ofter one reply it has been locked.

I would understand if it was moved to a different forum but dont' undrstand why it has simply been locked. I am not concerned just interested as to the reason so I know for future posting.

Is it that we can't discuss non 2+2 titles?

Any thoughts?

From the FAQ: Almost all Low Content(LC) or No Content(NC) threads posted in uNL will be locked as soon as a mod spots them. Or moved to a more appropriate forum. Please post non poker strategy stuff in the Microbrew thread if you must post it in uNL.

I think your post was locked because it didn't really contribute anything to strategy - which is what this forum is all about. I think it belonged more in the NVG or the Beginners forum.

The strategy outlined, and used by this player (I believe Prahlad Friedman was the player PG had in mind) assumed a good fundamental understand of the game. I think you should focus on getting ABC poker down until you start thinking about pulling off crazy strategies.

+ Most of these strategies won't work against donks at micro limits.
