Opponent is new at the table maybe 10 hands at the most and from what I've observed hasn't played out of line. A couple things that I was wondering was why opponent didn't just shove all-in when I'm either going to push him all-in now or he'll just shove on the turn.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker (http://www.legopoker.com) Hand History Converter (http://www.legopoker.com/hh))

SB: $48.75
Hero (BB): $84.38
UTG: $63.91
BTN: $54.34

Preflop: Hero is dealt A/images/graemlins/heart.gif A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (4 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $2.00</font>, Hero calls $1.50

Flop: ($4) 7/images/graemlins/club.gif J/images/graemlins/club.gif 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $3.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $9.00</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $30.75</font>, Hero???

What's my play here? Is this an auto shove? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

You need to 3bet preflop. Since this is blind v blind, and you have under-represented your hand, I would shove.

I got a little fancy play syndrome during this hand and definitely created a bad situation for myself.
