Opponent is 19/13/1.74, should I be just be calling his flop re-raise or is the hand fine as played. Opponent doesn't seem to get out of line too much.

Yea this is fine as played - very nice that you got called preflop opening for $3.5 - is that your standard raise?

Given how drawy that board is I don't think you can get away from this.

edit: actually with 2 limpers 3.5 looks goood

This is not my standard raise but utg was a huge fish and would call absolutely every raise that was 4x the bb. So I decided to raise a little bit more on this hand.
