Regarding your check on the flop, it's unclear whether this was an attempt to slowplay because maybe villain is overaggressive, or you were worried you were beat and playing cautiously. I hope it's not the latter.

You hit tptk and given stacks you want to get all in here. Your best chance to accomplish this is to bet the flop. Plus you are making villain pay if he's drawing, and you're more likely to be getting the money in with the best hand.
