Pretty typical of my NL play, I win several .85 cent pots with big hands, lose it all back in blinds, and then Stacko! heads up against just one player.

Would you do anything different here?

Maybe you should try the full-ring-board.
Anyway: I'd bet slightly more on flop / turn (like 2.5 at least on flop and 5 on turn) fds and lone Ks will call that bit more anyway I guess.
For the turn: tough to say withoug a read: maybe pair + fd, 2p (78, K8) or slowplay set. Not too many hands you beat I guess. Plus you're virtually committed if you call the turn bet (you have like 1/3 of the pot left ...). But you get 2:1 on your money if you get it all in. And if he plays say KQ this way, you're already getting the right odds for it. I'd just shove it on the turn.

move to 6max if you donīt hate money...
bet more on the flopand get it in on turn.
