With the villain's stats as they are, I definately would not push. I'd wait and reevaluate on the turn.

I would assume that hero is behind villain's two pair or made straight. Depending upon what villain does on turn will help in really finding out what kind of hand he has.

Then again, this is party poker, if it is as soft as it was a while back.. I wouldn't be surprised if you are ahead here.
