MP is retarded, CO is 12/3 over 50 some hands

not worried about MP, but CO is soo tight and probably set mining. Given the pf action I think we are only beating JJ here -- it might be a bit nitty but i fold this.

you fold to 3$bet in a 16$ pot with an overpair?

Fold to 3$ bet in 16$ pot seems awful to me but I can't play /images/graemlins/smile.gif.
CO seems to have some idea how to play so set is possible and he is trying to pad the pot and tease you to reraise. Maybe calling and re-evaluating turn might be best option. Don't think MP will wake up at flop. But if we re-raise flop CO might push and thats hard to call.

They both called an UTG raise and then probably said "10x rule z0mgz callcallcallcall!!!11" when you 3-bet. The 10x rule is retarded but nevertheless tons of people use it.

I would just call this, there's a very slight chance you might be good, you may spike a queen, and if mp 3-bets you can safely fold. I don't hate 3-betting here to $12 either and folding to a push.

At least call flop.
Subzero: Can you please elaborate on why the 10x rule is retarded?

can you please also explain what the "10x rule" is?

I'd make a decent raise here for value. There are no draws, so it's not like you need to bet the pot.

13 looks good ($10 for MP to call -- 3-1 for him to call and unless he's got a set, which he's pushing, you're not giving him odds). Depending on exactly how and in which way MP is retarded, you can think of calling his rr -- but if tighty doesn't fold or reraises, I think you're out of there.

It looks to me like CO merely wants to know if you missed this flop or not. He could do this with any pp 77-JJ.

call and check to villain on the turn. Reevaluate the turn.

bet more on flop like around 12ish.

yeah, folding to that stupid almost min 3b would be stupid.
Call and just catch a Q. He might even have just the jack here. Just reevaluate turn, folding to a large bet.

I re-raise to 15 and fold to raise. If co calls, then I get to showdown as cheaply as possible and fold to any significant action. I stack with mp if he is only one who comes along. I would stack with anyone I have labeled as retard in this situation.

Call the flop, turn a Q and get both their stacks. I'm not calling a large bet from CO on turn, but I really don't think you can fold. If you raise teh flopz and CO calls, it's pretty ugly for you.
