Raise flop for sure. I call this, but I prefer to get as much in on the flop as possible so the turn isn't as awkward.

Gotta raise flop and get it all-in right there if he 3bets. If he just calls get it all-in on that 7c turn. You ain't winnin 100% of the time. But that's your best play in this situation.
