2nd orbit but he wasn't involved in any other hand since i got there. what should i do here without any read?

Raising for info is bad. Just don't do it.

I am raising here and not letting go. We have the equivalent of AA here (he re-raises with AA/KK pf normally) and AA getting it in against a set on a drawy board is totally fine. And we don't want to give free cards. Also half the deck is a scare card for us and we don't want to give a free turn card.

Raise flop to $19 (pot size raise) and call a push.

raise/folding is no good.

either 3bet/call a shove or call and c/r a blank turn.
