UIGEA Supporters

Does anyone know who the chief supporters of the UIGEA are? I'm aware of Bill Frist, but that's about it. I'm looking for some other supporters that I might be able to interview for a research paper I'm writing about the UIGEA. Also, I'm looking for anyone who knows of a site that pretty much lays out the arguments for those who are in favor of the UIGEA- all of my attempted research so far has only resulted in anti-UIGEA sites sponsored by poker sites.
