What should I know about Absolute bonus

I'm getting tired of playing at FTP and want to sign up for an Absolute account and clear some bonuses. I'm a member of RakeReduction and they offer 30% rakeback. I'm a 200NL player. How and who should I sign up through to get the best rakeback and the best bonus. PSO, BonusWhores, etc.?

How many hands to unlock bonus at 100 or 200NL.

Depends on how you play. The bonus points are only credited for hands that you contribute to AND that are raked at least 50 cents. If you play every hand, you'll clear it quickly. If you play tight, it will take forever.
