bet river i reckon and raise a bit more on the flop.

I'd bet 15$ cos if you bet small you'll get reraised but bluffs and if you bet too big the aces wont call. I dont think he's got JQ unless he's turned a royal flush so the only thing you're afraid on is a suited connector. By the small bet on the turn I reckon he has AJ AQ or something.

But I think you missed a bet on the river, you can easily fold if check raised.

Value bet the river and call the remaining shove if SB pushes due to stack size.

Seems like villan would of bet a flush, and would be unlikely QJ call on the flop raise unless it was clubs and now is a royal. There are enough hands villan can have that would call a value bet here.

Hand looks good IMO, would look better with a VB on river I think.

You have to bet, so just shove. If you bet smaller and he has you beat, he will shove and you will have to call. But if you have him beat he will just call more often than not. So any bet smaller than a shove lets him lose the minimum when he's beat and win the maximum when he's not.

Shove river, the only hand you can be concerned about is a flush, and it's pretty unlikely that he'll check the river with it

I disagree. What worse hands is he calling with here besides maybe AT? I vote for half-pot value bet.
