Eh, this looks like a fold preflop the the 4bet to me -- and I'm the one usually saying "go apeshit" in QQ threads around here.

Fold to the 4 bet preflop.. It's pretty ugly putting in 1/3 of eff. stack preflop and folding postflop on that board.. so you really shouldn't have called preflop if you didn't plan on getting it all in on this kind of flop.. But with that said I think you made a mistake preflop and you should just toss this - I dont really see you good here ever.
