Opponent is 74/23/.5 over 225 hands. This guy will call down with Q high and bet mid pair. Doesn't make a move like below too often, although has been caught bluffing.

My question is what's the right play and is it worth it? (Against anyone else, I'd almost insta-fold here. But with stats like this and hands he's shown in the past, I wasn't sure). I'll post results later.
