Villain is a 45/15 donk, and he seemed to be very aggressive, but now I looked in PT, it`s only 1 AF. Anyway a couple of times he overbet the pot 2 streets in a row and folded to AI. Also I`ve noticed that he was calling all flop bets and folding to a turn bets. Usually I bet this turn, but was sure that if I check the turn he`d bet with almost any hand. So I`ve decided to extract more value from this hand by check-calling the turn, but his big bet I think created AI or fold situation, and there was no reason to call.

Major spew on turn. He's not calling you here without an A. So basically you are losing your stack when he has an A, and winning nothing extra when he doesn't have an A. Just lead the turn again, and fold to a raise.

Turn line seems like worst possible. If you think he is betting turn when you check with anything he calls flop why would you raise? Just call if you check. But you need a plan for river. Think b/f is better though.

Really bad. If you think he's a lagtard and rarely has an A on the turn, please call and c/c any river. The way you played it, he folds his air and calls with his aces.

or maybe even throw out a little blocking bet on the river of like 1/4 the pot or so

You are basically turning ur hand into a bluff.
I also think the best line is just to bet this turn and fold to a raise. If he is bluffing, let it be, hes a donk and his money might be coming our way much easier later on.
