what does party consider to be a raked hand when clearing the bonus? (how much rake)

I have a question too. I'm trying to get a friend started on Party. Does anyone know if you can clear the signup bonus at the beginner tables? They are raked at 5 cents and up ($1 to rake I think). Does this count towards the raked hands requirement?

Edit: I'm referring to the fixed limit stakes below .5/1.
