I usually raise this pf as he'll probably fold and if not you're playing a big pot in position which is always good. I tend to check though if he rarely folds to a cbet or is uberloose pf.

As played it really looks like he has a 7 as well, but I think a raise/fold to big 3bet is a good line.

I have question, how likely is it that our opponent has trips too.I often see post about not worrying about flush over flush because it's unlikely.What about trips should I play it strong like a set?Or should I be more inclined to worry about trips
with better kicker than mine?

I would just call on the river. Our kicker isn't good enough to risk getting raised off.
