At least this reporter gets it somewhat right, no outright statement poker is illegal, rather a balanced view from both sides.

So the article seems to imply that americans can deposit at party using a canadian credit card, and that this option is on the partypoker site. Sounds too good to be true, and as far as I can tell, it isn't true.

I imagine there is a bit more fraud than just using a Canadian credit card. Hell, the a lot of Canadian credit cards won't work at Party anyways.
